The Net Zero Energy (NZE) Design Guide will be developed as both a print document as well as an on-line toolkit. The NZE Guide will be integrated into the City’s Climate and Renewable Energy Action Plan, to be completed by the end of 2019

The objective of the 2019 Group Purchase campaign is to increase solar installations in the seven coalfield counties of Southwest Virginia through a group procurement solicitation process which will result in reduced pricing for Subject Site building owners through a competitive selection process.
