The Village of Westchester received a grant from the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program, administered by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, to develop a Community-Wide Energy Plan. The goal is to create a strategic plan that enhances energy efficiency, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and promotes sustainability. This survey enables the Village to gather initial input from community members as we start working on the plan.

To better understand your responses, we ask whether you live or work in the village, although anyone is welcome to participate.

As we create the Energy Plan, the Village may send a second survey in the upcoming months to gather feedback on specific ideas. If you complete this survey, you'll be invited to participate. Your email will only be used for this purpose and will not be added to any other lists.
