Eau Claire Solar and Energy Use Intensity (EUI) Calculator
This tool supports building owners and designers in energy efficiency and on-site solar scenario planning. The calculator includes building energy use intensity (EUI) targeting balanced against on-site solar energy generation for preliminary Net Zero Energy design concepts. The calculations available in the tool include:
Calculate estimated on-site solar potential of project concept (rooftop and ground mounted)
Calculate estimated Energy Use Intensity target required to achieve Net Zero Energy based on estimated on-site solar potential
