paleBLUEdot was selected by the City of Warren to create the “Warren Clean Energy Independence Plan”. The plan is the next step in the City’s sustainability and climate action efforts, building on the City’s Climate Vulnerability Assessment, as well as the City’s involvement in the University of Minnesota’s Design for Community Resilience planning efforts.
The Warren Clean Energy Independence Plan will include:
Community wide Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory and energy analysis
Identification of renewable energy pathways and development of a Renewable Energy Potentials Study
Development of a Clean Energy Independence Plan outlining strategies to achieve 100% clean energy meeting community-wide demands
Identification of initial implementation actions and prototype pilot projects
